Meeting starts at: 6:00 pm Closed session from 5:30-6pm. Reasons for executive session per ARS 33-1804: 1. Legal advice from the association attorney 2. Pending or contemplated litigation. Open public meeting begins at 6pm.

Members are welcome to attend manager meetings however attendees are requested to limit there participation to "Open Discussion" time. These meetings are intended for the managers to discuss and make decisions on the day to day operation of the airpark. These meetings are not intended to replace or supplement the bi-annual member meetings. There will be a two minute limit on all non-manager participants.
